2'-Deoxy-L-guanosine selectively inhibits D-Thymidine phosphorylation catalyzed by HSV 1 thymidine kinase. 2'-Deoxy-L-guanosine is the L-configuration of 2'-Deoxyguanosine (HY-17563).
